• Heat the water phase to 75-80°C under mixing. In a separate vessel, mix the oil phase while heating to 75-80°C. When the phases are uniform, add the oil phase to the water phase under continuous mixing. Neutralize the UV-filter phase to pH 7 and slowly add to the combined oil and water phases. Baycusan C 1000 is slowly added and mixed until completely uniform and homogeneous. Continue cooling to 25°C.
